Job summary

Greencore is seeking a proactive MBE Initiative Change Lead to enable successful delivery of transformation changes through design and execution of business change activities aligned to the Making Business Easier initiative. You will define the change framework, assess impacts, engage stakeholders, and plan readiness for go-live across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in business change management planning and implementation of large projects.
• Experience conducting business change impact assessments.
• Ability to analyse problems at an operational level and develop solutions.
• Experience developing business change management plans aligned to the project lifecycle.
• Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication.
• Experience conducting training needs analysis.
• Experience facilitating group workshops and meetings on business change topics.
• Experience in training design and development for blended learning.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the business change approach and plan.
• Develop high-level and detailed impact assessments and communicate to stakeholders.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and engagement plans.
• Develop readiness plans and conduct readiness assessments for go-live.
• Create launch communication plans and local communications.
• Create collateral to support stakeholder engagement and launch messaging.
• Conduct training needs analysis and develop content and materials.
• Identify risks and mitigation actions for change and communication plans.
• Evaluate effectiveness of change and communication and adapt plans based on feedback.
