Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the matter team to set up transactions optimally to meet client and internal requirements.
  • Assist with opening of new clients/matters and generation of matter numbers.
  • Monitor the setup of clients/matters to ensure compliance with regulations and billing/rates requirements, liaising with Business Finance, Risk Management and Tax Teams.
  • Actioning changes to clients and matters as requested by matter teams.
  • Assistance with the setup of eBilling clients.
  • Respond to enquiries using the Practice Management system to assist internal clients (lawyers/secretaries).
  • Liaise with the New Business Intake teams to ensure a joined up and efficient process for fee earners and PAs.
  • Identify process improvements to the internal NBI Matter Management processes.
  • Ad hoc project support for the NBI team globally.

Job description
