The Winsford Academy is seeking an outstanding Professional Mentor and Teaching Coach for Mathematics to lead instructional coaching, coach colleagues at all career stages and contribute to improved pupil outcomes. You will work with teachers and leaders to develop classroom practice and drive continuous improvement across Mathematics.

As part of the Mathematics department you will model teaching, support curriculum development and support pedagogy innovation, while guiding Early Career Teachers

Qualifications

• Experience in providing instructional coaching and professional development to teachers.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality instructional coaching, professional development and mentoring to staff.
• Model excellent teaching within the Mathematics department and support curriculum development and pedagogical innovation.
• Lead maths CPD and training sessions for staff and Early Career Teachers.
