A specialist independent school in Rugby is seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Teacher of Maths to join the team from September 2025. The school provides personalised learning for children and young people aged 6–19 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, along with additional behavioural or learning challenges.
The successful candidate will deliver a flexible and engaging Maths curriculum to small classes, adapting content to meet the individual needs and abilities of pupils. You will play a vital role in building confidence, improving numeracy, and supporting academic progression within a structured and nurturing environment.

The ideal candidate will:
Hold QTS and have experience teaching Maths at Key Stage 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable)
Be confident planning differentiated lessons that promote progress and engagement
Have experience working with pupils with SEMH or additional needs (or a strong interest in doing so)
Demonstrate excellent communication, behaviour management, and classroom organisation
Be passionate about supporting young people to reach their potential both academically and personally

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
