Job summary

Te Puna Wai o Waipapa - Hagley College in Ōtautahi seeks a permanent, full-time Maths kaiako to inspire and support ākonga across secondary levels and whānau.

You will teach Mathematics and Statistics, hold NZ registration and certification, and build mana-enhancing relationships within the Maths Department from Term 1, 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching Mathematics and Statistics within NZ curriculum.
• Ability to teach all levels of the NZ Curriculum and NCEA.
• Strong classroom management and student relationships.

Responsibilities

• Teach Mathematics and Statistics to secondary students.
• Develop positive relationships with ākonga, whānau and kaiako.
• Contribute to the Maths Department and school community.
