Responsibilities:

• Creating a positive learning environment through professionally planned lessons and displays
• Using imagination and innovation to enhance the learning experience
• Maintaining control and discipline in the classroom
• Adhering to the curriculum, including recent updates
• Using assessment data to inform lesson planning
• Setting and marking homework promptly
