Salary: £13.68 - £14.50 per hour via PAYE (depending on experience and qualifications)

The Role

The desired Teaching Assistant (TA) will be supported by an outstanding management team and will work alongside excellent practitioners, focusing on supporting students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. The role includes classroom support and one-to-one assistance, with flexible hours to suit your availability.

This position involves working in one of our partner schools in Blackburn and surrounding areas, either on a regular basis or flexibly, based on your preferences.

Requirements

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant in a school environment.
• A genuine desire to be part of a committed school team.
• Experience working with secondary-aged pupils.
• Ideally, experience working one-to-one with students.
