Job summary

Philosophy Education LTD. in Bexley is seeking a Maths Teacher to join on a full-time basis from September 2026, covering KS3–KS5 within a vibrant secondary school.

You will teach Maths to KS3 and KS4, adhere to school planning and assessment policies, and join a supportive department dedicated to high standards and continual development.

Qualifications

• Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching Maths to KS3 and KS4.
• Ability to plan engaging, structured lessons aligned with the national curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
• Assessing, tracking, and recording pupil progress to inform teaching and support individual learning needs.
• Creating a stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independent thinking.
• Contributing to curriculum development and departmental initiatives within Performing arts
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents to promote positive attitudes to learning and achievement.
