Job summary

Elementa is recruiting Maths Teachers to work across Birmingham's secondary schools, offering both permanent and long-term placements. Roles cover Key Stage 3 and 4, with some schools offering Key Stage 5 teaching.

We seek passionate educators, capable of inspiring confidence and curiosity, with opportunities for Early Career Teachers and experienced staff. All roles are paid to scale with MPS + UPS available, and a supportive recruitment process through Elementa.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A passion for mathematics and inspiring young people.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply.

Elementa is working with a number of secondary schools across Birmingham to recruit passionate and dedicated Maths Teachers for a range of permanent and long-term positions.

Our partner schools are committed to delivering high-quality mathematics education and are looking for teachers who can inspire confidence, curiosity and a love of learning while helping students achieve their full potential. You'll have the opportunity to teach Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with some roles also offering Key Stage 5 teaching.

We work with a variety of schools, from well-established community schools to academies, each offering supportive leadership teams, collaborative Maths departments and excellent opportunities for professional development.

Elementa is the recruiting partner therefore applicants being considered for the role after pre-screening will be required to complete the registration process for Elementa. This includes full vetting,background & referencing checks and application for aDBS Enhanced Disclosure (which may be chargeable at £64.20) unless you have a current DBS on the update service.
