Empowering Learning are partnering with a welcoming secondary school in Stockport to recruit a QTS Maths Teacher for a full-time September start. You will deliver engaging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 and contribute to a positive learning climate.

This role runs from September to Christmas with potential extension or permanent opportunity, a full-time pattern Monday to Friday 8:15am–3:00pm, and competitive daily pay depending on experience.

Pay: 160- 225 per day (dependent on experience)

Empowering Learning are working in partnership with a welcoming secondary school in Stockport to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated QTS Maths Teacher for a full-time position starting in September.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive Maths department from September through to Christmas, with the possibility of an extension and the chance to become permanent for the right candidate.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring Maths lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, creating a positive learning environment where all pupils are encouraged to achieve their full potential.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• A genuine passion for Maths and inspiring young people.
• The ability to plan, deliver and assess high-quality lessons.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to engage and motivate students through effective teaching.

Requirements:

• An Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
• Two professional references covering your recent employment.
• The right to work in the UK.
