Job summary

Classroom Talent is recruiting a Maths Teacher for a specialist school in Wandsworth, South West London. The role offers small class sizes (up to 8 pupils) and a supportive team to help tailor learning.

Starting November 2026 or January 2027, you will deliver engaging, differentiated maths lessons, monitor pupil progress and work closely with two Teaching Assistants and a wider specialist team to provide specialist education for pupils with complex autism and additional needs.

Qualifications

• Qualified Maths Teacher with QTS or QTLS.
• ECT Maths Teachers are encouraged to apply.
• Strong Maths subject knowledge.
• Able to adapt teaching to different abilities and individual needs.

The school is looking to appoint a Maths Teacher on a permanent, full-time basis, starting in November 2026 or January 2027.

• Full-time, permanent Maths Teacher position

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION – Maths Teacher

• Qualified Maths Teacher with QTS or QTLS

• Passionate, patient and adaptable classroom practitioner
• Able to adapt teaching to different abilities and individual needs
• Mainstream and specialist teachers considered
• Previous SEND or autism experience is beneficial but not essential
