Qualifications

• QTS/PGCE or equivalent.
• Outstanding classroom practitioner with passion for Maths.
• Aspiring or experienced subject leader capable of inspiring colleagues.
• Ability to deliver personalised learning for pupils with additional needs.
• Strong commitment to inclusion and safeguarding.
• Confident communicator with pupils, families and colleagues.
• Organised, reflective and motivated to develop professionally.
• Experience with SEN, SEMH, autism or ADHD desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Maths curriculum across the school.
• Deliver high-quality lessons that enable all pupils to reach their potential.
• Drive improvements in teaching, learning and assessment in Maths.
• Monitor pupil progress and analyse data to raise attainment.
• Coach colleagues and share best practice in teaching.
• Adapt learning to meet individual needs of pupils with SEN, SEMH, autism and ADHD.
• Collaborate with SLT, therapists, families and external professionals.
• Contribute to the development of the school’s culture, curriculum and continuous improvement.
