Job summary

Flourish Education is seeking Maths Graduates to join secondary schools across Harborne and surrounding areas as Teaching Assistants, Math Intervention Tutors and Cover Supervisors. The role focuses on KS3/KS4 support, GCSE revision and booster sessions, with part-time, flexible and longer-term opportunities available.

You will help pupils engage with Maths, build confidence and relate complex concepts in accessible ways, while developing valuable classroom experience for future teacher training.

Qualifications

• Maths degree or closely related subject from a UK university.
• Strong understanding of the UK secondary Maths curriculum.
• Good knowledge of KS3 and KS4 Maths and GCSE content.
• Ability to explain mathematical concepts clearly and accessibly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible approach to working hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one Maths support to pupils.
• Work with small groups to deliver targeted Maths interventions.
• Support KS3 and KS4 pupils and GCSE revision sessions.
• Assist with GCSE booster sessions and exam preparation.
• Collaborate with Maths teachers and school staff to enhance learning.
