Job summary

KPI EDUCATION is seeking a proactive Graduate Maths Teaching Assistant to join a supportive Birmingham secondary school. This role offers valuable hands-on classroom experience while supporting pupils across the Maths curriculum and providing one-to-one and small-group support.

You will help stretch students, develop confidence, and work with experienced educators. A clear pathway toward teacher training and progression is available.

Qualifications

  • A strong degree in Mathematics or a related subject, ideally at 2:1 or above.
  • Excellent subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for Mathematics.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and explain complex concepts in an accessible way.

  • A proactive, ambitious, and professional approach.
  • The right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Support students during Maths lessons alongside experienced teachers

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with a passion for Mathematics to gain hands‑on experience in the classroom while working alongside experienced teaching professionals.

You will support students across the secondary Maths curriculum, helping pupils strengthen their understanding while providing additional challenge and encouragement to those working at a higher level.
