Job summary

St Peter's CofE Academy in Stoke-on-Trent seeks an outstanding and innovative Second in Department for Maths. You will work closely with the head of department to ensure high quality learning and outstanding attainment at key stage 3 and 4.

You will plan and deliver the highest quality lessons, driving excellent progress for students and fostering a love of the subject. The role requires strong leadership, curriculum design and data analysis to support school improvement and student outcomes.

• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Strong curriculum, data and analytical skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop Maths staff.

• Lead and manage the Maths Department alongside the Head of Department.
