Qualifications

• This role requires qualified teacher status in the UK with relevant degree and QTS.
• Strong English subject knowledge and up-to-date curriculum awareness.
• Proven track record in leading pedagogy and improving student progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop Maths curriculum across the Academy.
• Develop excellence in teaching to accelerate student progress.
• Monitor teaching quality through observations and interventions as needed.
• Review and consult on department aims and objectives.
• Manage department finance and curricular resources.
• Collaborate with other curriculum areas for cross-curricular learning.
• Promote enrichment and extra-curricular activities in the curriculum area.
