Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified and experienced Teacher eligible to work in the UK.
• Excellent classroom practitioner with outstanding lessons.
• Understanding of current curriculum developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the Maths curriculum across the Academy.
• Foster a shared vision within the curriculum team.
• Monitor teaching quality through lesson observations and implement improvements.
• Review and consult on department aims and objectives.
• Manage department finance and resources for maximum student achievement.
• Collaborate with other curriculum areas for cross-curricular learning.
• Promote enrichment activities across the curriculum.
