We’re recruiting Maths and English Tutors to deliver high-impact GCSE resit tuition at Burton & South Derbyshire College. Whether you're an experienced educator ready to lead, or an aspiring tutor passionate about supporting students, we have a role for you.

Flex Tutor (Maths or English)

Contract: Hourly, flexible until May 2026

Hours: 0–15 hours/week – consistent weekly slot(s) based on your availability

Salary: £18/hour + holiday pay

Start: Offered sessions from September 2025 | Tuition begins October 2025

What You’ll Do

• Deliver small-group tuition (1–3 students) in GCSE maths or English using our structured curriculum.
• Build student confidence and skills in short, high-impact weekly sessions (1–1.5 hours).
• Use our fully resourced lessons – no planning required.
