Job summary

You will lead on KS4 curriculum design, mentor teachers, deliver high-quality mathematics lessons, and collaborate with the Secondary Education Team to raise attainment and widen social mobility.

Qualifications

• Deep passion for Mathematics and a track record of delivering impact.
• Ability to break down barriers to success and drive social mobility.
• Experience supporting teachers and leading curriculum improvement.
• Skilled in Rosenshein/Lemov-inspired explicit instruction.

Responsibilities

• Raise achievement in KS4 Mathematics by teaching and providing specialist support.
• Design and implement an exceptional KS4 curriculum.
• Provide subject-specific curriculum expertise to the Secondary Curriculum Team.
• Lead on improving scholar outcomes and teaching standards.
