Job summary

The Kingston Academy seeks an ambitious Mathematics Mentor to support pupils through targeted numeracy interventions and coaching strategies. This role focuses on strengthening mathematical foundations and fluency, especially in younger year groups, by providing structured interventions and collaboration with the Mathematics Department.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement interventions to strengthen pupils' mathematical foundations.
• Provide in-class support and small-group tuition.
• Identify gaps in learning and address them through targeted numeracy interventions.
• Work with the Mathematics Department to track progress and adapt coaching strategies.
