Job summary

London South East Colleges Bromley Beacon Academy is seeking an experienced Mathematics Lead to drive an ambitious curriculum within our SEMH provision. The role combines high-quality mathematics teaching with leadership responsibilities, shaping teaching and pupil progress across the school.

You will teach mathematics, provide pastoral support as a tutor, and apply trauma-informed, relational approaches to help learners overcome barriers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading mathematics within SEMH provision.
• Ability to develop an ambitious mathematics curriculum and drive improvements in learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of an ambitious and inclusive mathematics curriculum.
• Teach mathematics to pupils.
• Provide pastoral support as a tutor.
