Job summary

Term Time Teachers is seeking an enthusiastic Mathematics Teacher to join their agency team in Tonbridge and Malling. The role offers a temporary contract with potential for long-term opportunities and a daily pay rate of £130–£200, dependent on the role.

The successful candidate will plan and deliver the maths curriculum, provide constructive feedback, and monitor pupil progress. Flexibility on start date is available.

Qualifications

• QTS is required to teach in UK schools.
• Experience teaching mathematics in UK secondary schools is essential.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply is required.

About the role

At term time teachers are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Mathematics Teacher as part of our growing agency team to teach within a high-performing Mathematics Department in Tonbridge and Malling. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to children's success within their mathematical development.

• Encourage curiosity, critical thinking and problem solving in mathematical activities.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching English in UK secondary schools
• Excellent subject knowledge and strong classroom control
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Legal right to work in the UK
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's wellbeing
