Job summary

Silcom Recruitment on behalf of a Preston area dealership is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to cover a maternity period within a busy new & used car sales team. The role supports the dealership accountant and handles end-to-end sale paperwork.

You will complete tasks from locating vehicles to invoicing, taxing and delivery paperwork, with a focus on accuracy and timely reporting. Kerridge system experience is preferred but not essential, and motor trade sales admin experience is

Qualifications

• Experience in motor trade Sales Admin is essential.
• Kerridge system experience preferred but not essential.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to work in a team or individually.

Responsibilities

• Complete all admin tasks to finalise a vehicle sale, from locating the vehicle through invoicing and preparing delivery paperwork.
• Handle new & used car sales administration tasks.
• Check and maintain reports (vehicle debtor, demo stock, monthly demo write-downs) in a timely manner.
• Manage New Car stock ordering and related activities.
