Job summary

Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a proactive Governance Administrator to join the maternity governance team. You will manage daily communications, organise meetings, take minutes, and help collate incident and investigation information with strict confidentiality.

You will work with the PAS, RIS, ICE systems and support adherence to Caldicott and Data Protection standards while coordinating workload to cover leave and ensure continuous governance service

Qualifications

• Attend to communications daily and prioritise for the Governance Team.
• Use of e-mail, electronic diaries, intranet/internet, word processing.
• Working on projects as directed by the Operational Manager.
• Organise and support governance meetings and take minutes as necessary.
• Obtain patient’s case notes and monitor the incidents/investigations.
• Provide accurate information for data entry, adhering to Caldicott and Data Protection.
• Plan workload to ensure continuity during annual leave.

Responsibilities
