Job summary

Barking Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Band 3 Maternity Care Support Worker on a fixed-term basis for 12 months to support midwives, nurses and doctors across the maternity unit.

The role covers ante-natal, delivery and postnatal care in theatres, clinics and in-patient wards, requiring compassion, numeracy and literacy, with a flexible approach to working across areas as part of the multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications
