A leading healthcare provider is seeking a motivated individual to lead Maternity quality and compliance initiatives at Whipps Cross Hospital. Are you a motivated individual with strong skills in data quality and compliance, and project management? Are you ready to lead, oversee, and coordinate a range of quality and compliance initiatives across Maternity services? This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with clinical, operational, and governance colleagues, as well as the broader health system, to drive positive change for women and birthing people at Whipps Cross Hospital. Your focus will be on collecting and coordinating evidence to demonstrate compliance with quality standards to regulators.

The post holder's primary responsibility will be to oversee the effective and timely delivery of various Maternity safety and improvement programmes:
This includes supervising project workstreams, gathering and quality checking evidence, analyzing and presenting data, writing reports, and ensuring deadlines are met.
