Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare).
• Proven medical device or healthcare technology sales experience.
• Experience networking with clinical and procurement stakeholders in hospital environments.

Responsabilités

• Deliver annual orders, revenue and market share objectives for MIC portfolio.
• Build territory growth plans aligned to business objectives.
• Develop strategies to capture competitor opportunities and drive conversions.
• Lead customer presentations, product demonstrations and commercial discussions.
• Support contract negotiations and value-based procurement discussions.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Clinical Applications Specialists to ensure adoption and retention.
