Role: Materials Recovery Facilities Manager
Location: Ascot, Berkshire
Rate of Pay: £50,000pa

Platinum Recruitment are currently working with a Waste & Recycling company who are looking for a Materials Recover Facilities (MRF) Manager to join their busy team in their Ascot, Berkshire office.

What’s involved?

* Ensuring the safe & efficient running of the waste management & recycling department
* Controlling the input & output of production & ensuring a smooth process is ran
* Monitoring health & safety & ensuing compliance is adhered
* Controlling budgets
* Attending meetings
* Direct interface with clients to assist with resolutions
* Producing /reporting to Manager as required.
* Analysis of waste where required.
* Write & implement operational policies
* Provide continuous improvement
* Management and development of MRF various staff
* Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
* Understand customer requirements and find suitable solutions to meet those needs.
