Quest Employment are recruiting for Material Operatives for our prestigious client based in Denby, DE5. The company manufactures ceramic parts for the aerospace industry and offers a specialist manufacturing environment. Shifts are Monday to Friday with rotating 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm.
The rate is £14.62 per hour, paid weekly in arrears. Experience in warehouse, materials or manufacturing is desirable; forklift licence is advantageous but not essential.

Rotating shifts:
6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm
£14.62 per hour
You will be paid weekly in arrears.
Previous experience in a warehouse, materials or manufacturing environment is desirable
Good attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
Ability to follow instructions and work to set procedures.
Physically fit, as the role involves moving and handling materials.
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
A forklift/FLT licence would be advantageous but is not essential.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
Preparing and supplying materials to the production areas.
Moving materials safely around the site.
Ensuring production areas have the correct materials available when required.
Checking materials and quantities to ensure accuracy.
Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised working environment.
Following all company health and safety procedures.
Supporting the wider production team to ensure the smooth running of operations.
Previous experience in food production would have great transferable skills for this role
