Job summary

Ralliant Corporation, a former Fortive business, seeks a proactive Head of Materials & Logistics to drive end-to-end supply chain excellence. You will oversee shipping, inventory control, and replenishment, delivering accurate metrics and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across Gems Setra and Setra Systems brands.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Materials & Logistics teams in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
• Strong understanding of inventory controls, FIFO, cycle counts and stock accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily stand-up meetings to review safety, quality, delivery and inventory.
• Manage domestic and international shipping, export documentation and carrier selection.
• Maintain stock control processes, conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Deliver monthly performance reports on stock, despatch and process improvements.
