Job summary

Randstad Group is seeking an Operations Material Handling team member to keep production supplied by moving components, assemblies and WIP between production and storage areas. You will follow planned routes, verify part numbers and quantities, and ensure loads are positioned safely for the next stage.

Training on site-approved equipment will be provided. Roles include day, back, night shifts and weekend options, with pay rates on shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, warehousing or logistics.
• Clear communication and ability to work with different teams.
• Reliable, self-motivated with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Move material using approved equipment according to routes and priorities.
• Verify part numbers, quantities and destinations before moving.
• Coordinate with production to prevent shortages and adapt to changes.
• Report shortages, damaged parts or faults promptly.
• Complete material movement, inventory and production records accurately.
• Keep work areas clean and propose ways to improve flow.
• Communicate clearly with production teams using radios when required.
