Job summary

Mane Contract Services is seeking a Warehouse Operative to manage goods inwards and outwards, ensuring accurate, safe handling and timely processing.

Key tasks include receiving, putting away, picking, labeling and liaising with production to ensure on-time delivery. Applicants should be comfortable with lifting and work well in a team, maintaining stock accuracy and data entry. Early shift pattern applies.

Qualifications

• Good level of English and Maths, including numeracy and literacy.
• Computer literate.
• Clear communicator.
• Able to lift.
• Team player contributing to goals.
• Maintains high cleanliness standards.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Experience with ERP systems (One World or Enterprise 1) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials, reconcile to delivery notes and book items in.
• Ensure items are protected and labelled.
• Put away materials in correct locations.
• Process goods in a timely manner while upholding quality.
• Accurately pick and transact kitting requirements.
• Label parts clearly and liaise with production for on-time delivery.
• Prepare and issue palletised and high-level assembly goods.
• Maintain stock accuracy with accurate data entry.
• Perform cycle counting and investigate stock variances.
• Maintain records of vendor consignment stock for auditing.
• Support other departments with material movement when required.
• Provide cover to the packing team during absences.
• Work on the early shift as rotaed by Team Leader.
