Job summary

Yolk Recruitment Ltd seeks a Materials Handler in Plymouth offering a £29,000 annual salary. The role supports production by moving materials, loading/unloading, and stock control using SAP and WMS.

You will pick, pack and label orders to meet production schedules, while upholding safety and 5S standards in a fast-paced facility. With a 2-shift pattern (6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm), you will ensure timely deliveries and accurate order preparation, contributing to a world-class operation and secure

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or materials handling environment.
• Valid forklift truck licence and safe FLT operation.
• Experience using SAP or similar stock control systems (WMS).
• Strong attention to detail and high quality standards.
• Flexible to work permanent night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, unload, move and store materials using forklifts and handling equipment.
• Pick, prepare, pack and label customer orders and production kits to meet schedules.
• Carry out inventory movements and stock transactions using SAP and WMS.
• Replenish lineside/Kanban stock and process returned/defective items.
• Maintain health, safety, quality and housekeeping standards.
