Job summary

CAF (Construcciones y Auxiliar de Ferrocarriles) is seeking a Materials Controller in Manchester to run a well-organised stores department, manage materials movement and coordinate with project teams. You will maintain material logs, monitor stock levels and ensure data accuracy across systems.

Required experience in a similar role, strong computer skills with ERP/stock-control systems, and a valid driving license.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP and stock-control systems.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Good numeracy and literacy; English and Maths at Grade 3 or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain a valid driver’s license if required.

Responsibilities

• Run a well-organised stores department, handling materials movement and storage.
• Coordinate logistics with key stakeholders and project teams.
