Job summary

Sofina Foods is seeking a proactive Production Administrator to support manufacturing operations, ensuring accurate recording of production data, maintaining stock integrity and providing timely reporting to support decision-making.

You will work closely with manufacturing, site services and management to ensure production systems are maintained accurately, stock movements are controlled, and discrepancies are resolved quickly, enabling operational excellence.

• Maintain accurate batch control and ensure compliance with production processes.
• Complete production transactions and clear lineside stock locations daily.
• Support stock counts and verify the accuracy of returned goods.
• Collaborate with operational teams to improve stock accuracy and reporting performance.

Drive Production Accuracy and Stock Control in a Fast-Paced Manufacturing Environment

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Administrator to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accurate recording of production data, maintaining stock integrity and providing timely reporting to support operational decision-making.

Working closely with manufacturing, site services and management teams, you'll help ensure production systems are maintained accurately, stock movements are controlled effectively and any discrepancies are identified and resolved quickly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who enjoys working with data and supporting operational excellence.
