Job summary

Circle Health Group is looking for a Materials Assistant at Ross Hall Hospital in Glasgow. This full-time, permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week with a salary up to £25,525 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

You will support daily materials operations, ensure stock availability, and maintain documentation, while completing mandatory training. The position requires GCSEs in Maths/English, PC literacy including Word and Excel, and strong communication skills to serve

Qualifications

• GCSE/O level Mathematics and English or equivalent.
• Proficiency in the use of a PC, including Word and Excel.
• Able to work on own initiative without close supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Be an active member of the Materials Department and assist in day-to-day operations.
• Provide an effective materials management service to internal customers.
• Ensure stock availability through correct order processing and replenishment.
• Maintain all departmental paperwork and files with accuracy.
• Comply with all relevant mandatory training.
