Gamit Ltd, an established aviation consultancy near Stansted Airport, is seeking a motivated Materials Administrator to support the sale and supply of aircraft spare parts globally. You will respond to customer enquiries, prepare quotations, process orders and coordinate deliveries with shipping agents and colleagues worldwide.

Experience in administration, customer service or logistics is valued. On-the-job training will be provided, with ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 systems in place.

Materials AdministratorGamit Ltd is an established aviation consultancy based near Stansted Airport. For around 30 years, we have supported corporate operators, airlines and maintenance organisations around the world.We are now looking for a motivated, organised and customer-focused Materials Administrator to join our Materials & Logistics team.Role DescriptionAs a Materials Administrator, you will support the sale and supply of aircraft spare parts to customers around the world.You will respond to customer enquiries, prepare and follow up quotations, process different types of orders and help coordinate the delivery of aircraft parts. You will communicate regularly with customers, suppliers, shipping agents and colleagues across the wider AMAC Group.Previous aviation experience would be beneficial, but it is not essential, as on-the-job training will be provided.
