Job summary

ELE Advanced Technologies Ltd seeks a proactive Material Requirements Planning Controller (MRPC) to translate customer demand into achievable production plans, ensuring the right materials, capacity and priorities are in place across aerospace manufacturing.

Reporting to the Head of Sales & Operational Planning, you will coordinate material planning, production schedules, capacity requirements and delivery commitments, acting as the focal point between customer requirements and shop-floor

Be the Link Between Customer Demand and Operational Delivery

We are looking for a proactive and driven Material Requirements Planning Controller (MRPC) to play a critical role in translating customer demand into achievable production plans, ensuring the right materials, capacity, and priorities are in place to deliver exceptional customer performance.

Reporting to the Head of Sales & Operational Planning, you'll sit at the heart of our aerospace manufacturing operation, coordinating material planning, production schedules, capacity requirements, and delivery commitments across multiple stakeholders.

This is a highly visible role where you will act as the focal point between customer requirements and shop-floor execution, ensuring operational plans are realistic, achievable, and aligned to customer expectations.

The Opportunity

As an MRPC, you will own the planning process for your assigned customers and production cells, balancing demand, materials, capacity, and operational priorities to ensure delivery commitments are met.

Working closely with Production Managers, Procurement, Supply Chain, Stores, Quality, and Customers, you will identify risks, drive recovery actions, and maintain a relentless focus on delivery performance.

Success in this role means ensuring the right material is available in the right place, at the right time, with the right capacity to satisfy customer demand.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Demand Planning
