Job summary

ELE Advanced Technologies Ltd. in the United Kingdom seeks a proactive MRPC to translate customer demand into achievable production plans, ensuring the right materials, capacity, and priorities are in place to satisfy customers.

As the focal point between customer requirements and shop-floor execution, you will coordinate with Production, Procurement, Stores, Quality, and Customers to manage risk, recover from delays, and drive delivery performance across multiple cells.

Qualifications

• Experience in MRP, production planning, materials control, supply chain, or operational planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production scheduling, demand planning, and material management.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems, ideally Epicor.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements and forecast demand into actionable production plans.
• Manage customer schedules, demand changes, and priority adjustments.
• Ensure operational plans remain aligned to customer delivery commitments.
• Act as the primary planning contact for assigned customers and production areas.
• Balance demand, materials, capacity and priorities to meet delivery commitments.
• Identify risks and drive recovery actions to maintain delivery performance.
• Provide clear status updates and delivery forecasts.
