Unipart Manufacturing in Coventry is seeking a proactive Material Planner for high-volume electrification assembly with injection moulding inputs. The role focuses on MRP, supplier liaison, and goods-inward processes to sustain uninterrupted production.

You will liaise with suppliers and production teams, manage material flow and inventories, and support continuous improvement while adhering to SHE procedures. Salary up to £35,000 plus generous benefits.

Competenze

• Experience as Material Planner or Inventory Controller in high-volume, short lead-time settings.
• Hands-on with MRP/ERP systems; strong analytical and Excel skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
• Familiarity with supplier and OEM customer coordination in fast-paced environments.

Mansioni

• MRP and Material Flow Management - Load schedules into MRP, update plans, and forecast demand.
• Supplier and Customer Coordination - Expedite deliveries and track changes.
• Production and Logistics Support - Track progress and coordinate inbound/outbound transport.
• KPI Tracking and Performance Reporting - Monitor KPIs and prepare progress reports.
• Continuous Improvement and SHE - Apply lean methods while following SHE procedures.
