Job Description

• Execute the receiving, storing, consolidating, picking, staging and distribution of materials required for projects and sales orders.
• Perform physical movement of materials from one area to another.
• Physically and systemically receive and issue individual material requisitions from internal and external departments.
• Create, monitor and timely resolve all material that requires Non Conformance Reporting and the use of our Quarantine process.
• Arrange domestic and international shipments by various multimodal transports (Air, Ocean, Road) to/from various destinations in compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Create and/or maintain transactional inventory records.
• Maintain accurate files of packing and shipping activity.
• Communicate notify appropriate personnel of shipping inventory discrepancies.
• Fill orders and deliver to internal and external stakeholders as required.
• Maintain stocking inventory objectives.
• Quantifies and verifies cycle count.
• May assist in training new hires.
• Comply with EHS & Quality System regulations and policies; and key concern reporting.
• Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High school Diploma or local equivalent.
• 3-5 years’ experience in storing and material handling.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the use of SAP.
• Forklift license with minimum of 3-5 years of experience in similar industry.
• Demonstrate ability to read, write and speak in local language.
• Proficient in basic mathematics.
• Ability to communicate well and work with others.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Ability to consistently lift.
• Skilled in forklift driving to pick up totes, drums and pails.
