Job summary

Fulham Football Club Limited is seeking a Ticket Office professional to manage inbound enquiries and process ticket sales across multiple channels. The role supports the Head of Ticketing and Deputy Supporter Centre Manager, delivering high quality customer service on busy matchdays.

You will work as part of the Ticket Office team, handling queries, updating records in our Ticketmaster CRM and reconciling daily sales. Flexibility for home games, evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is essential.
• Good IT understanding and ability to use CRM systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Process all ticket sales for Fulham FC products, away games, and supporter travel, with daily reconciliation.
• Provide service excellence to supporters, staff and customers at all times.
• Update supporter database records to ensure accurate data across Ticketmaster and CRM systems.
• Handle inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, in person).
• Work on home league matchdays, evenings and weekends, plus other events as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow club policies.
