• Deliver and support a go-to-market sales strategy for venue optimisation.
• Ensure industry-leading service at the stadium box office.
• Maintain knowledge of product offering to maximise sales.
• Develop understanding of the ticketing system to maximise opportunities.
• Provide daily reporting to Venue Optimisation Lead and Team Leader.
