Qualifications

• Proven experience as a chef in a fast-paced kitchen or stadium/venue environment.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy matchday service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting food to a high standard for matchday hospitality and catering outlets.
• Supporting kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak periods.
• Maintaining strict health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
• Assisting with food preparation, stock control, and kitchen organisation.
