Oak View Group is seeking a Matchday Chef to join the team at St Mary's Stadium, Southampton. The role offers casual/matchday work on event days, delivering high-quality food in a fast-paced stadium setting.

You will prep, cook and present meals for matchday hospitality, ensuring top standards and clean, safe kitchen operations. Ideal candidates have proven chef experience in busy kitchens, with strong teamwork, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and a proactive, careful approach to hygiene

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a chef in a fast-paced kitchen or stadium/venue environment

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy matchday service
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive team player with a positive and professional attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays

Good to Know

Pay rate range: £14.00 to £16.00 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)

Contract type: Casual / Matchday

Location: St Mary's Stadium, Southampton

Shifts: Flexible, based on home matchdays and stadium event
