Constellation is seeking a Bar Team Leader for matchday operations at Northampton Saints. You will lead a team of up to 10 staff, ensure smooth bar service, and deliver an exceptional guest experience at every home fixture.

Ideal candidates will have full bar knowledge, prior leadership experience, excellent communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced stadium environment. This is a matchday-only role with a competitive hourly pay.

Qualifikationen

• Full bar knowledge and confidence in all aspects of bar service.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Ability to remain calm, organised and professional under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Lead, motivate and support a team of up to 10 bar staff.
• Oversee the day-to-day running of bar operations on matchdays.
• Demonstrate excellent bar knowledge, including draught products, spirits, wines and other beverages.
• Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently delivered.
• Communicate effectively with your team, management and wider hospitality staff.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and health and safety.
• Work efficiently under pressure in a busy, fast-paced stadium environment.
• Help ensure smooth and successful service throughout every home fixture.
