Constellation are seeking an experienced CDP Chef to join our matchday catering team at Northampton Saints. This is a strictly matchday-only role, requiring work on home matchdays to support food service across hospitality and retail catering areas.

You will perform diverse duties across hospitality and retail sections, ensuring high-quality food, precise presentation, and strict adherence to hygiene and allergen procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen.
• Strong food preparation and cooking skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume catering environment.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and allergen controls.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook food for matchday buffet service.
• Build and present buffet foods in hospitality areas.
• Work in hospitality and retail kiosks to support service.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure food quality and presentation.
