Qualifications

• Experience in bar/hospitality or customer service roles.
• Friendly, approachable and confident when interacting with customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for customer service.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Reliable and punctual team player who can use initiative.
• Flexible to work matchdays, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
• Comfortable in a busy stadium environment with large crowds.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, welcoming, professional service to supporters, guests and visitors on matchdays.
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately.
• Operate tills and payment systems, handling transactions accurately.
• Prepare and serve food and snacks in line with hygiene standards where required.
• Maintain clean, tidy, and well-stocked bar areas during service.
• Replenish drinks and stock as needed during busy periods.
• Work as part of a fast-paced team to deliver smooth matchday service.
• Follow licensing laws, Challenge 25 procedures and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Ensure health and safety, food hygiene and venue procedures are followed.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and bar setup/clearance.
• Respond to customer queries and resolve issues, escalating when necessary.
• Support wider hospitality operations to ensure an excellent matchday experience.
