Job summary

Sodexo Live! at St. James’ Park, Newcastle United Football Club, is seeking a proactive Kiosk Kitchen Assistant to support our team on matchdays. You’ll help prepare and present menu items, manage kitchen tasks, and ensure food safety standards are maintained during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen, catering or food preparation environment.
• Good understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and allergen management.

Responsibilities

• Support the Kiosk Cook with running the kitchen during matchday.
• Assist with preparation, cooking and presentation of menu items to required standards.
• Take responsibility for kitchen duties in the absence of the Kiosk Cook.
• Ensure food is prepared and served promptly during busy matchday periods.
• Help organise kitchen tasks to ensure smooth kiosk operation.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock checks.
