Job summary

Allen Motor Group in Romford are recruiting a Master Technician for our Ford dealership on a full-time 40-hour contract. The role offers a salary of £41,021 per year and reports to the Aftersales Manager.

You will deliver technical and diagnostic services, maintain up-to-date knowledge through manufacturer training and ensure high standards of vehicle health checks and customer satisfaction. We value your city and Guilds/NVQ Level 3 qualification, a full UK driving licence and relevant

Qualifications

• Formal qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3) required.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience of inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles.
• MOT Tester qualification is beneficial.
• Excellent verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and diagnostic service ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are met and exceeded.
• Maintain the highest level of technical knowledge and ensure compliance with manufacturer training.
• Uphold company and manufacturer quality standards.
• Ensure 100% compliance with vehicle health check processes.

Job description

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to recruit a Master Technician to join our Ford dealership in Romford.

This position is offered on a full-time working contract of 40 hours a week paying £41,021 reporting to the Aftersales Manager.

As a vehicle technician you’ll have some key tasks and activities within your area of responsibility:

• Provide technical and diagnostic service ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are met and exceeded

Required Skills & Experience

To be considered for the position you will need to possess a relevant formal qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3) as a minimum. We are looking for individuals who possess the following attributes & skills:

• A full UK driving licence
• Experience of inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles
• MOT Tester qualification would be highly beneficial
• Fantastic verbal and written English skills
• Previous experience working in a franchised dealership (preferred but not essential)
